Complete hair loss.

Hi there,

Has anyone with complete hair loss on head face and body taking anything to help hair grow back?

I have been searching for years but cannot seem to find anything, so i now wear wigs which do make me feel a little better just wished i could get my hair back.

If anyone nows of anything I could try I would be very grateful.

I live in the uk.
