I have been suffering from telogen effluvium scinc 5 months. On kaminomoto and iron and vitamins. Received 3 mesotherapy. Hair loss is getting more severe . I noticed that the only thing that had an effect was kaminomoto twice daily, if once or forgot a day , or used other treatments instead, then hair fall is much much worse than before using kaminomoto. I want to stop it but iam afraid to lose more hair because now empty spots start to appear. Can i replace it with creastim? How many times per day?
