I received the vaccine at 3 PM Eastern time. It's 6:30 now. I have not had any allergic reactions. I expect to feel lousy tomorrow (to what degree, I don't know) but nothing alarming has occurred, and I think that if I were going to have hives, breathing troubles, etc, it would have started by now. It takes only 30 minutes or less for me to have an allergic reaction if I'm going to.
I'll continue reporting back Saturday and Sunday in case my experience is useful for others contemplating getting this same shot.

Day Two: No reaction. Injection site feels as if nothing had happened there. I am a little sniffly and my arthritis is bugging me, but I think that's attributable to the seasonal pollen storm and the rain and thunder we had last night.
I braced for the worst and had no reaction. A little tired on day 1. A little pain at injection site for a few days. However, my mom (whose glycol allergies are more severe than mine) has swollen lymph nodes for a week plus now. Crazy how different all the reactions are across the board.
Day three was Sunday. No reaction. It's Monday now and I'm pretty sure I'm in the clear. I was more concerned about reacting to all the glycols people were using at the clinic, honestly. I went there wearing long pants and with vinyl gloves over my hands. That seems to have kept all their Purell off of me. When I got home I immediately removed my clothes and showered. The gloves got tossed in the trash inside out as soon as I left the clinic building. The glycol based sanitizers everyone and their brother uses now are a big problem for all of us as they are getting smeared all over the stores and offices we must frequent.
