Numbness

Hi all,

As anyone got any advice for numbness in fingers,legs and toes? Really painful, not getting much sleep with it. Heard about magnesium, will this help?

Hi I agree this is very painful , my medication is not even taking the edge off the pain. But I have also got carpel tunnel in both hands .Which is a condition which is linked with fibromyalga and also plantar facitus not sure of spelling in my feet.

The in my right arm is that bad now it goes up to my elbow .which I find it realy painful to lift arm.

I am waiting for appointment at mo to see spealist.

I am on duloxetene 60mg twice a day which is top dosage and amytriptiline 3 a day and zapain every 4 hours. Doctors has said next step will be morphine patches.

Hi Tea1234

my husband suffers with poor circulation and gets numb tingly hands at night. He has been taking Gingko biloba for few years now and has massively improved - where he was waking up every night shaking his hands in pain, now it might happen every few months on occasion.
