I've was diagnosed two years ago with fibromyalgia and my doctor doesn't really know much about it. I've been prescribed 3 x acupan tablets 3 times a day. And 50mg antitriptaline a night. But still I'm in so much pain, up all night in cramps and is now effecting my driving and life due to not being able to walk. I'm 33 years old and just don't know how to go on any more with this condition. Help please someone.

Hello warren,I no exactly what you are going through as I am in the same situation. please keep going to your doctor and push for a referral to rheumatology department at your hospital.I have morphine patches and co dydramol30/500.Evenings I use nortriptyline and zopiclone. These do relieve the cramps and am lucky to get a few hours rest at night.Unfortunately the mornings are very blurry and I won't drive my car until later in the day. Some days I don't leave the house as I feel it would be dangerous to drive.I don't have much of a life admittedly but to have relief from pain is worth it.There is help out there.x millamoo
