WONDERFUL NEWS with a press release on the Big Lottery Fund Website today, we have been successful in our rant application for project called Graded Exercise Therapy, Swimming & Warm Water Therapies.

Hip Hip Hooray !!

This is an amazing opportunity for the Andover community living with Fibromyalgia & M.E. The benefits of hydrotherapy and graded exercise therapy have been researched and information pertaining to it benefits can be found all over the internet.

All details of the project will be audited & recorded. Anonymous improvement questionnaires will be required to be completed pre & post session and then overall at completion a final survey.

The grant will enable us to pay for 10 sessions of Exercise Swim Classes & 10 classes of Swim & Spa. That means 20 people will benefit from 24 sessions per person to be used until project end June 2014.

Thank You so much to the Big Lottery Fund for our Awards for all Grant for these Hydrotherapy sessions which may help alleviate our symptoms & improve our exercise tolerance. We cannot THANK YOU enough.
