Those are not typical symptoms of AF, but it could be that the bloating is a side effect of one of your medications or it be a symptom of another problem. Backache could be caused by so many things that it would be worthwhile to tell whomever manages your care about these symptoms so that you can be sure that neither thing signals a serious problem.
