I enjoyed the feedback I got on this question

And I promised to give feedback from EP ....
So, before I get there, note that i have a loop recorder and a pacemaker and I have made a point of recording my heart rate on the loop recorder during exercise when I have been in that "zone of over exertion" I describe... which he looked at today.
First - he says he sees no problem in me exercising hard like that a few times a week. As discussed in the above post, I won't exert myself like that more than once a week, problem not even 2x a month.
Second - there is a big difference in what my heart rate monitor shows and what my actual heart rate is. It is significant. It has something to do with pulse verse rate (or something similar). When in NSR the watches accurately track both - when you are in A-fib its a different story.
