Any tips on hardening up on the emotions I’m too emotional. That’s my problem . My meds work great for me they disguise the fact I’m in AF 100 %. Of the time apart from if I do too much I get out of breath and fatigue. I’ve got used to that . But once I get emotional all hell breaks loose my heart is banging and galloping. And flip flopping a bout and I can’t get it to settle for ages and ages and I feel horrendous/ exhausted etc . I annoy myself so much over other people who probably don’t give me a second thought . Well don’t give me a second thought . Sometimes I think your better off been self centred And only look after No1 .. but am not like that . Any tips anyone ??

Practice mindfulness. It is easy to let go of emotions when you are mindful.
