Hello from sunny Arizona where the temperature is expected to reach 116 degrees Fahrenheit today
I am five months post ablation, and my resting HR is still high, between 90 and 105. Before ablation between 60-65. Is this going to be the normal for me or can I expect it to go down some time in the future Good news is no episodes of Afib since procedure.
Thank you

please ask them for some beta blockers or calcium channel blockers for a while until it settles down. With such high heart rate on long run it is never a good thing for a fib heart.

I'm going to assume that you are taking your pulse after being in a well air conditioned environment for at least 3 hours!
If so, an elevated pulse post ablation is pretty normal and usually resolves within the year. Some studies even suggest an elevated pulse is associated with a better chance of your ablation succeeding.
That said yours is a tad high, and beta blocker or calcium channel blocker might be indicated to bring it down a little. A good discussion to have with your ep.
