Pulmonary stenosis and Pulse Field Ablation

For those considering pulse field ablation, one more plus. While preparing for my ablation I had to have a cscan of my pulmonary veins for planned procedures. The bad news was that I have some stenosis ( narrowing) likely a result of an aneurysm in my artery, that is being monitored . The good news is that Pulse Field Ablation is not showing the kind of damage that can lead to stenosis, as traditional ablation can, not often, but happens. This is a big plus for me given I already have a narrowing issue. More evidence that PFA is likely the path forward.

I’ve read that, too. I’m on the waiting list for it, maybe twelve months away though.

It is. I'm in the UK, where long waiting times are the norm for some operations and medical procedures. On the other hand, the system is fee at the point of use and our hospital has the latest "pulsed field" technology available, so it's not so bleak.
