Hi, there were a few posts about missing emails not so long ago, you may find they are in your junk folder as email providers changed their algorithms for identifying junk.

Hi! That happened to me but mine didn’t return until I had signed on again! Welcome back! All this “smart” stuff isn’t quite as smart as it is made out to be!
This has happened a few times to me, and I have found the best action, if the emails are not in JUNK, is to email the helpful staff in the HU technical team (esp . Brett) at support@healthunlocked.com
Sometimes these missing emails are a genuine HU IT issue that requires their intervention to fix.

Hi, like you having problems with the emails. Some periods they go straight to spam other times they are in my inbox. I've reported it to admin etc but they seem not to be able to identify what's wrong, so just have to check my spam everyday.
check your spam folder - chances are they will all be there!
