A current thread on the best side to sleep on for afibbers (usually the right side), reminded me of a great little device called the Night Shift LE Sleep Positioner for Sleep Apnea.
As its name suggests, it was primarily developed to keep people with sleep apnea off their backs -- a plus for affibers with certain apneas-- but it can also train you with self adjustable vibrations to sleep on whatever side you want.
A bit pricey, however I can personally attest it works as advertised.

😀 In reality, you don't even remember it is working until you check the computer log in the morning. The interesting thing is that in the beginning there are a lot more "reminders" than after your body gets conditioned. I think a good analogy would be an elbow shot from your partner when snoring 😄
I’ve never slept on my back but had slept on my left side since working out the best way to get some sleep while travelling steerage for three or four nights from Venice to Haifa as a student over 60 years ago! Since seeing the advice to sleep on the right side I have tried that instead at times. My sleep has always been interrupted by the need to urinate a couple of times but I usually manage to get back to sleep sometimes accompanied by a little BBC World Service radio!
