Amiodarone & tadalafil?

Anyone been prescribed tadalafil 5mg for BPH when on Amiodarone (200mg) daily?

I have and the tadafil has caused no issues with the amiodarone as far as I can see. The Tadafil has really helped with my prostate issues but I have experienced some muscle aches directly related to the Tadafil which are mitigated with acetaminophen.

Thanks for replying, I might try it after I’ve asked my GP. It’s a bit odd that if you look up drug interactions, it says amiodarone interacts with most of the anticoagulants - I’m on Apixaban - but none of the medical professionals I’ve been seeing have commented on it!

Ken, tadalafil is not an anticoagulant but a vasodilator used for enlarged prostate and erectile dysfunction.
