POTS/or SICK SINUS SYNDROME?

I am waiting for a cardiologist app, I was referred for an urgent app but still waiting. I was convinced I had POTS heartbeat gets high over 30 BPM Raise when standing but was also concerned as my heart rate would also get to low 40 BPM I gave high heart rate notifications on my watch but have now started getting low heart rate notifications. I’m not convinced it could be sick sinus syndrome has anyone had this problem?

heart rate is between 198 BPM - 38 BPM

yes. I had something similar and it was diagnosed as Tachy-Brady Syndrome.
