Did anyone watch Dragons Den last night and the Acu Pips (ear seeds) , has anyone tried them . I gather I am no longer able to post links to help members 🙄 so I won't, sorry folks...

I have heard of them before for stress, anxiety and pain reduction and thought of trying them to help calm me during AF episodes.

There are cheaper versions available than those on the programme if you Google Acu Seeds .

I am certainly going to try them for pain relief in my hips and spine.

Yes, I bought them from my acupuncturist. I use Accuzone ear vaccaria seeds and didn’t see Dragons Den so obviously a completely different brand. I use them mainly for controlling nasal drip - amazingly successfully! BUT you do need training on exactly where to place them.

I know there are many points on the ear used for arrhythmias but I would take instruction from a qualified acupuncturist and use as an adjunct to acupuncture if you were hoping to try help AF.

Thanks for posting, I did watch it very interesting. I would certainly like to know more in case it can stop any future AF episodes or reduce my anxiety level
