December has come around this year

For AFers its been Up and Down, me too

with operations, change of meds and helping others

to shine the light where big wigs Doctors don't believe

that there is a chance to 'will' this AF to go away.

A distant dream is nice to have

for you and you and you as well

we all deserve a hope out there.

As AF is bad news for all of us

A Christmas parcel of hope will do.

When I tried Tom”like” your post it went from 17 to “unlike” so pressed again so it’s back to 17 but really it should be 18 or more!! What’s a T.O.E please? And how come your Kardia needs to be connected to a cable? Or?

A T.O.E is a trans oesophageal echocardiogram ...... you did ask 😃. Not something you want to have, if you can avoid it. I was using artistic licence with the Kardia but presumably they need a cable to charge them?

No they don’t! They work with a smart phone which you charge when necessary. Incidentally, at a wake yesterday after the funeral of a well loved local poet and musician, I introduced mine to a chap we hadn’t seen for ages and it seemed his heart was up to something I hadn’t heard of before so I took a photo of it and passed it on to him so that he can ask his doctor what he should do about it!

No, it wasn’t him but it turns out an old friend of my husband’s used to work with Shane at a record shop years ago.

As I said, a bit of artistic licence and just a bit of fun. I'm not going to re-write it now but exchange "defibrillator" for "Kardia" if its better. Now, I have seen a cable on those! .... 😁😁😁

My hubby used to call me Duck (it's a local term of endearment) which became Ducky or Mrs Duck. I've answered to worse 😁.
