I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for your replies in my "anxiety over afib" post. Luckily I found this community 2 days ago that really helped me put this afib diagnose into perspective. So much people are in the same shoes and in better place mentally with time and its really comforting to hear a few words of support amd advice. Because of my immense fear and soon later anxiety, I took all the advice in the last month about things I can control really really seriously and stopped with everything that could make things worse (or things that got me to this in the first place) like alchohol, bad diet, sodas, too much stressing and my 30+ BMI.
Im still rolling in anxiety and worrying but much less than few days ago.
Hopefully I will start to sleep a bit more because the bed is a weak spot for my anxiety since majority of my episodes were in bed, so I barely clock 6-6.5 hours of sleep.
Slowly started to accepting that this is now a part of my life and ironically maybe a reason that I will start to be much healthier person due to serious lifestyle changes.
Thanks guys.
