Hi all.

Great read here. I can relate to much of it. You may need to scroll up to the top of the page to read it. What is AFib? Have a read.

Unfortunately I cannot get the tracking free version of it and I HATE being tracked all the time. Can you sum up in a few short sentences? I thought A/Fib is when the atria do not push all the blood through to the ventricles thus leaving some behind and that could be liable to clot. The impulse to pump comes from multiple cells which are not in sync with eachother- hence the heart vibrates between when most of the signals tell them to pump. That pump is therefore a bit feebler than if all the cells were in sync with each other.

Hi GrannyE.

I hope you are well.

There's to much in there to sum up in a few sentances. I'm not sure how it would 'track' you. Simply click on the link, read the article then remove browsing history for the last hour on your computer if you are worried about cookies.

However, I doubt very much Healthline would put anything malicious on your computer in order to track you. If I thought that I wouldn't post the link.

Enjoy your day.

Hi

You are missing out if you don't click on the 'pure' address to get all the gist to AF GrannyE.

It is long, accurate, reference to explain all that is relevant to AF.

I shared it with my children. Such a worthy piece of understanding. It bridges the

fact that my AF was caused by thyroid cancer.

Hi

EXACTLY true of understanding everything about AF.

It could not have been worded any different and includes my thyroid cancer diagnosis accompanied with stroke with AF.

Thank you Paulbounce.

I had my right shoulder operation at last. The operation went well. No problems but I'm left with this crazy sling!
