As we are approaching Global awareness week of AF…Are there any updates from the Director of the British Heart foundation of his recent quote “there has been an astonishing rise in incidence of the diagnosis of Atrial Fibrillation “

Any updates I’m sure would be most welcome by all concerned by the complete lack of data being released by the BHF on their findings.

I assume it is worldwide, too but some data to assist in understanding where the claim comes from would be helpful, as indeed would data from the BHF on their statement as mentioned by Steve 112
