I was taking Diltiazem 60 mg 12HR ER Cap 2 times a day for A-fib and hypertension. I stopped it as doctor recommended when I had to take Paxlovid for Covid. I didn't get A-fib when I didn't go back to taking the Diltiazem and have been off of it for more than 2 months.

I'm thinking of taking Lisinopril instead form my blood pressure since I read that it may improve an enlarged Atrium as well. I'm really not sure if that is true though.

I've only had 2 episodes of A-fib in the past and that was when I overate and the other time was when I was stressed.

I also have left bundle branch block which may contribute to A-Fib and slightly enlarged left Atrium. My blood pressure seems to be better since I lost a few pounds after I had Covid. Losing the weight was the only good thing about Covid, LOL.

Does anyone take Lisinopril and have a-fib or enlarged Atrium as well?
