655000 Platlet count CANCER?

my platlet count is 655,000. Is this a indication of cancer

This forum is for people wtih atrial fibrillation so probably not teh best place to ask, but coincidentally my platelets are high and they are checking all the usual things like stool , urine chest Xray etc . That is the first port of call I understand but it can be any infection or inflamation in the body.

I am usually 390 Platelets count but last count 422.

Dr wrote aspirin?

Reading about it over 450 should be monitored.

Even with Thyroid cancer I was teating on 480.

Your count is out of this world. There is a condition whereby blood is removed regularly to get you normalised.

What does your Dr say?
