Any Fitbit users able to help me.There is a tracker on the fitbit that tells you how many breaths you take whilst sleeping.

Mine this morning was only 9 so well out of the normal range of 12-20 has anyone had a reading this low and if so do you know if it is to do with sleep apnea?

I don’t wear my watch during the night, but it sounds more like you were in a relaxed, deep sleep. I used to have a Fitbit, and I think it shows when you are sleeping lightly or deeply too?

I have a fitbit. My normal has been at 18 for many nights. Fitbit has information that should be able to help you.

No idea how accurate Fitbit is, however if you have other symptoms of sleep apnea, or even if you don't -- a sleep study is recommended for everyone diagnosed with afib, at least here in the US.

Hi

In hospital I was told to breathe because I had forgotten to.

I had Rapid, Persistent.

Perhaps relax and breathe.
