I can't help at all but do hope someone will be along shortly who can.
please be more specific about your medical condition. COPD emphysema or bronchitis or asthma and treatment beta agonist? And what’s the stage of COPD? AV node ablation following Afib? Current treatment and heart rate before av node ablation? Are you currently in heart failure? What is your basal spO2?
Presumably you already have a pacemaker implanted?
