Wishing you all a very happy AF free Easter 🙏😎.

Reminder to myself, just because its a celebration day, with family and friends visiting, DO NOT: 1) forget to take your pills at the right time 2) just a sip of the local fizzy (in the South of England we now have vineyards everywhere! ) regardless of how good it is 3) still moderate lunch portions, particularly sugar & gluten 4) mini Easter Egg only & 5) don't get led on by grandchildren and become so tired you flop into bed.

Thank you! And the same to you ! My first ever chocolate free Easter . The way I look at giving things up is, the only thing I am hoping to deprive myself of is AF. That is a luxury and a treat above any food and drink

I did all of these things (not to great excess, mind you) and had a wonderful day! Hope you had a lovely day too, I was in bed by 8.30pm.
