I’ve just completed 12 weeks with them and have really enjoyed it.

I already do weekly Tai Chi class and can highly recommend it for many reasons not least teaches breath control which is excellent for AF / Ectopics etc.

Have messaged my details twice, to Admin and Liverpool, but had no response. Must be doing something wrong? Or is it them? Been practicing Tai Chi for years, thought I might be able to contribute.

That is odd. They got back to me very promptly.
