I keep getting flutters in my stomach/ chest and then light headed just for a minute or two, is this normal. I have PAF but the went into hospital and told this was SVT, not sure what I am experiencing, grate for any thoughts and what to do to try to stop it. It usually happens when I am eating. Thanks

The feelings from many arrhythmias seem to me to be similar. Feeling light-headed seems to be very common and is, I think, often a part of the natural increase in anxiety that the heart issues bring on.
However, if it is pronounced and makes you feel as if you genuinely almost might faint, it's then called "pre-syncope", (syncope means actual fainting). In that case, you do need to see your GP to have a closer look at the cause.
