About to download the book and use the fast read hack.

Just so people know there really are doctors and researchers out there using unconventional practices not instead of conventional medicine but as well as.

For those who don’t know Dr Rupy developed AF whilst a medical student and instead of taking conventional treatments looked back to his heritage and how food is used as medicine. He still works in the NHS.

OR knowledge lies dormant because it’s dismissed as Woo Woo.

Sadly if something can't be patented or is cheap or even free like sunshine it is either demonised or ridiculed as woo woo.

Ah, David Hamilton. A great speaker and scientist. I have many of his books and have been to a couple of his personal presentations.

When reading his bit about Reiki in this book, I realised he was writing about what I teach my Reiki students. Almost exactly! And yes, this kind of woo woo can work. Well, maybe not provide cures but certainly help the body set itself up to be in a better situation to help itself. A relaxing, realigning and rebalancing therapy.
