Hi there all, I have recently had an ablation and would love to be able to know where I could read the “fact sheets” you all are speaking of. Can anyone help me with this? 💜

this post has the info from the facts sheets and links to the PDFs

Why is not still a pinned post? I have no idea 🤷♀️ as always used to be.
When a new “pinned post” is added, the last one drops off the list shown but they are available if you click on “show all”. The problem is that if it’s not displayed, members will not know it’s available. Because the poster is from the USA and may have difficulty in getting the link, I’ve added a link to the pinned post.
The fact sheets are popular and have been helpful to a number of members so hopefully TracyAdmin might be able to reinstate the post so that it can be easily seen 🤞

no problem seeing the links and files here in the US
It is CD. You just need to look at the complete list. As new pinned posts are added it gets nudged down a bit and only a few are shown.
Checked that - nope - nuthin on the forum.
The link that CDreamer sent me showed two pages. Am I understanding that there are more than two pages? I am new to this forum, so I am a little confused about your comment "that it is at no 6". In any case thank you both much for your help.
There are two different factsheets Sozo, one covers preparing for, and the other with recovering from an ablation. They were both produced by patients for patients and include a lot of information from members which covers much of the non-medical information which many hospitals tend not to provide. On the basis that not many EP’s and other medics have never experienced having an ablation, this information has proved to helpful to those who are either considering an ablation or are currently on awaiting list. In the replies to your post, you should have links which provide immediate access to both facts sheets.
On this page, there is a small section headed “Pinned post”. This section only allows 5 “significant previous posts to be shown at any one time and as has been said, as soon as the moderators add a new one, the last one disappears. However, if you click on “see all”, ALL the previously pinned posts appear in chronological order, INCLUDING the one relating to ablations which is the 6th one down so it has only just dropped from view.
Hope this helps.
