tonight’s dose skip?

hi all, following on from my question this morning which Bob and dreamer kindly answered around taking my am and pm does this morning. I’m wondering should I skip tonight’s flecanide does on the basis I took it this morning I should I carry on as normal?

Changes in drug dosages should be really be addressed by your doctor who knows your medical history, or alternatively by your pharmacist. Flecainide is a very powerful drug which is why it has an FDA Black Box Warning here in the States. It's also not one dose fits all, for example, based on my medical history, I'm only allowed a maximum 24 dose of 200mg/day, not the 300mg often repeated here. Assuming you cannot reach your doctor or pharmacist, it's really a judgement call whether to skip the evening dose. Another alternative is to take half the dose.
