As it seems to be traditional to do a year review, here's mine for a year that has seen me go from paroxysmal AFib to persistent AFib that has severely affected my exercising ....

My sister-in-law had a mild heart attack just before Christmas and was given a single stent. From what I have read, she might yet need more as the months go by. She's been badly knocked back by it all, so I'm hoping she'll find encouragement from your blog, Peter! Well done on getting through a tough year and on your achievements.
