Welcome to the forum Jimmy.
I see from your profile you have had an ablation. Are you back in afib and your walking is related to afib attacks?
It's good news you are able to walk without a wheeled walker some days. I wonder if just doing some light exercise while you are sitting down to try and build muscle tone in your legs might help.
I'll link to a video below. Some of the exercises may be a little too much for you. However, cherry-pick the ones you can manage and give it a go.
