Were you tested for Dysautomnia? Dysfunction of the Autonomic Nervous System. There are 15 different forms and it is difficult to diagnose but it is becoming better known and there are some doctors out there specialising. Have you any other conditions, apart from I assume AF?

That sounds blood pressure or migraine related. Have you tried taking your BP when you feel anything coming on, or after the event?

I have been having similar symptoms but only when having episode of AF, usually every 6 to 12 days.Following the evidence from an event recorder I am having a pacemaker implanted this week which I hope will solve the problems.

I hope you find the answer to your problems. Best wishes
