Essentially about making lifestyle changes to modify the body's own state of health and defence mechanisms, which although not actually mentioned, I believe can lessen AF triggering (eg reducing gut issues such as IBS), particularly if you have vagally mediated PAF.
Taking the recommended action is evidently also linked to protecting against Covid, Long Covid and vaccine injury, which have been reported here as triggering AF.....so seemed to me something worthy of consideration currently. Hope it helps somebody.
