This is todays reading , seems normal . Would love any input . This one seems to be the right way up, I’ve looked at all my other readings and they all look upside down so I looked in general on my watch app and it was set on the right wrist but I where it on my left so not sure if that would have made it come out upside down.

had another episode last night 132 , not that high but heart was thumping.

Yes, it's just that you were asking about them and on this trace all can be seen.

That doesn't make sense.The S wave should be the T wave and is heart repolarization and not the ventricle contraction.
