I've been on Amiodarone for about 6 weeks preparing for a cardioversion which is happening on Wednesday. Over the past 2 weeks I've noticed my asthma getting progressively worse and when I read the patient safety leaflet is says that this can be common. I'm also on beta blockers, Nebivolol, which can also impact on asthma. Is there anyone out there with experience of this combination of drugs who are asthmatics as well. At the moment the cure is worse than uncontrolled AF!!

Nebivolol is very cardiac specific so it by far the least likely to affect asthma.
I suggest that you read my reply to BlueMonday today, regarding amiodarone and dronedarone and effect on the lungs of some people.
