Is this a PAC?

I captured this ectopic on my single-lead monitor. It has a smaller QRS complex than my NSR beats and certainly felt weaker -is it a PAC or some other type of irregular beat?

Hopefully someone can offer their interpretation. Cheers.

Looks like it to me.

Looks like a PAC, if it had dipped further below the line on the second beat like my ECG attached it would be a PVC. PACs originate from the upper chambers and PVCs from the lower.

Both are common and usually harmless if infrequent. If you are getting them 10% of the day or more then contact your EP.
