consultation 1 year ablation review today

It's been a whole year since my successful cryo abalation and only one episode of AF which was brief (6hrs) in September 21 (3 weeks after the ablation - so in blanking period ) hoping meds bisop spiro etc reduced this time. What are my chances??

Just wanted wish you well! Congratulations too. I had mine 9 weeks ago and still in nsr. I haven't had my 12 week appointment yet and still on meds like you.

Consultation with St Barts AF nurse. 0900hrs via telephone. All signs are good. Hurray!! Can now reduce bisoprolol from 5mg to 2.5mg. (Keep taking other meds riveroxoban, candersartan, Spironlactone, statins. A bit nervous but going to start reducing tonight. Will keep you posted. 👍Thanks for your incredible support.!!

Yes thanks. Going to taper off gradually. Feels like a big step. 2.5 years of 5mg bisoprolol - now I know how a drug dependant person feels like!!!
