Flecainide/Paxlovid interaction

Has anyone who is on Flecainide been prescribed Paxlovid for covid? Did you stop or decrease dosage of Flecainide? My understanding is that the drugs interact.

I was told if I wanted to take Paxlovid I would have to stop Flecainde. And it's not the only drug that interacts with Paxlovid. Many do including statins and thinners.
