One of my cats used to get close to some type of grass (don't know its name, sorry) and kept sneezing over and over for a while... I'm no sure though if she just smelled it, or pushed her nostrils against the grass.
That is the Valsalva manoeuvre which often will stop a racing heart but seldom if ever for me stopped AF. If you don't have a syringe handy hold your nose, close you mouth and try to blow out.
Roll a piece of soft tissue into a long point. Gently put it into your nostril and wiggle it up and down. The higher up it goes, the better. Great for clearing the head too.
I love perfumes and at the moment have over 150 full bottles (please don't judge) lol. I find that I can tolerate very few of them now, so a spray of the cheaper ones can set my nose on a sneezing fit for hours. Works for me.
Girl at work years ago used Poison which always did it for me. I think she used to bath in it! By lunchtime it had started to fade but she always topped up again before afternoon .
