Hi Ken,

Glad you got the Kardia. Did you check the compatibility of your particular model Huawai on the Kardia web site? If compatible it's often a blue tooth problem. First, make sure blue tooth is on. If still not working, try temporarily disconnecting and/or "forgetting" (that's an iphone term) other blue tooth devices in settings. Then turn blue tooth on and off and reboot phone. Then try again with phone not on charger. Also check to make sure battery level is good in case they sent you and old battery. If nothing works try calling Kardia support, they have helped me in the past. Not sure on this but if wifi is off, try turning it on and if it's on try turning it off.

I can't think why as the phone and Kardia use the same kind of Bluetooth radio connection. Have you reset the phone to see if this helps?

It's the Kardia mate as it won't connect to any of our phones

Aha! My first one was faulty and they changed it under the warranty.

Have been using Kardia for some years, both the older single lead and the 6L which worked fine on a Huawei P10 and my current P30. I have found occasionally the Bluetooth comms gets its knickers in a twist and won't communicate - going into airline mode and back again sorts it out.
