Not postedrecently,but do read others posts most days.I developed a blood clot in lower left leg on Tues,juststrolling along the road,its the most horrendous

pain I've ever had going to hospital on Monday for vascular studies,apparently Riveroxaban is standard treament for DVT so as I'm already on that just have to double my dose.Happy Days.

Its such a horrible pain, I woke up one morning and I swear I thought I was going to die. The pain was horendous.

That was the First dvt, I've had three

My leg was double the size and I thought it was going to burst.

I feel your pain, still. (shiver runs up my back 😭)

You were on anticoagulant already? Woow, hope they get to the bottom of it for you! Keep safe

I presume they tested you for Factor V Leiden.

No, never did test me, I had the third DVT, then they put me on Apixaban.I had a bad car crash, a few weeks after that, it all kicked of.

I am now on anticoagulant and a lovely 🙄 class 3 stocking up to my thigh, in black. (hubba hubba) my legs now the same size as the left.

It gets so heavy after standing, I find it difficult putting weight on the leg as its painful.
