Waiting List time for Ablation

I'm on the waiting list for ablation at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham (Mr Marshall's list). Does anyone have an idea how long the wait is?

Had both mine there. Waited 4 months from December 2020 and then 5 months from October 2021 for my top up. Good department-very experienced with high success rate. I had Lencioni but same department. 3 EPs there I think. Their arrhythmia nurse service is particularly good in my experience. Be prepared for short notice if you don't want a long wait. 2 weeks in both my cases.

Thank you Singwell. That sounds reassuring, and short notice is not a problem for me. Starting to realise how this condition can be so restricting for a lot of people (very high rate for last 10 weeks; now being treated with Digoxin but still see heart rate well north of 100 although generally appears to have come down into 60s, from 120).
