About 2 weeks ago I started getting ectopic beats after doing any type of strenuous work that would last around an hour . It's getting hot here south east of Tucson Arizona. I've noticed them before here and there over the years . Today while washing the van they kicked in. But this time I did the trick I learned on here last week of taking deep breaths for 5 minutes. Bingo ! it worked. Many thanks .
