Ready to take on the challenge of a lifetime and fundraise for us along the way? The TCS London Marathon 2022 is taking place on Sunday 2 October. Would you like to take part and raise money for A F Association?

Im in. I sometimes find it a strugge to walk to the shop now (about one mile there and back) but I think it would amazing to do it. I can't promise I can comlete the race but you'll get at least 5 or 6 miles out of me. Count me in - I'm up for it. Let's do it. My mind set says do the whole thing at a steady pace. Yep - I'll go for this one. It's a changle to aim for. Starting right now.Paul
