Does anyone else find there ammune systems gets run down on beta blockers? I am on Sotalol and Xeralto, I use to get sick a lot last time I was on the meds pre CA, only been back on them for six weeks and am already run down with the flu.

Hi Todd - I am a well known hater of Beta Blockers but as far as the literature is concerned - there is research that shows Beta Blockers can boost your adaptive immune system.
The immune system is very complex and I found focussing on what supports the immune system such as VitD with K2 supplementation, Zinc Picolinate and Vit C has really helped. I’m immune suppressed so I pick up all and everything.
