Does anyone else get this issue? I was put on this medication in August. Came off Apixaban for same issue. I get it late morning then teatime. It is getting less severe as I recover from a long series of chest infections. I have been diagnosed as having ‘flutter’ which can bring on AF. I await an ablation but the ‘events’ are do infrequent I do not think so will need it.
1.anyone else have issue?
2. Can I reduce the 60mg dose to 30mg as this seems to help? (I am 70 yrs age)
Any advice and help appreciated

Hi there and thank you for your message, you should contact your doctor regarding changes to dosage of prescribed medications to ensure they are can advise if is safe to do so and does not put you at risk personally. You may find our patient information sheet available from the A F Association webpage \ For Patients \ Patient Resources \ Factsheets \ Edoxaban heartrhythmalliance.org/afa...
I take Edoxaban. I’ve been on it for about 6 months now. I was worried about taking it, but it’s not caused me any problems when having blood tests, etc, andI didn’t bleed excessively, as I thought I would.(touch wood) I am 70 and weigh just over 50kg, so take 30mg. If you weigh less than 60Kg, you should be on 30mg.It tells you that on the fact sheet that comes with the medication.
