I had my ablation in June and came off meds a few weeks ago (still on Rivaroxaban).
So far nothing to complain about. This last week, I have also increased my walking in the morning and feel fine when I'm out.
For the past two days, I've been having ectopic beats during the day and evening. Last night, this kept me awake for a couple of hours until they stopped.
My feeling is that tiredness might be causing the ectopics as my wife has been working late and getting home at 1:30am and I'm not very disciplined when it comes to going to bed on time. I still get up at 6:45am as I'm working during the day.

Tiredness and de-hydration can do it . Try the slow deep breathing exercise we promote. Use diaphragm not shoulders and slow to less that 6 breaths a minute for at least five minutes. Works a treat for many of us.
I also had mine in June and it's been great until yesterday. Had 2 bouts of slow erratic bumps and pauses lasting about 40 minutes each. Thought I was dying and had to lay down as I was dizzy. 😮
