Thanks for all who encouraged and shared ideas since my post yesterday.

Having been diagnosed over 10 years ago I found this last episode the most worrying due to it being so different to all the others. I’ve had a few scary ones before but for this things like I was traveling home fromEurope on interail and had to decide whether to keep going or seek treatment. 😬

Having tried all my usual things and walks this afternoon I sat and watched five episodes of Blackadder and spent 30 minutes listening to heartbeat on you tube with phone on my chest. Not sure if any of that helped but it was distracting.

Going to ask for a review as I haven’t spoken to anyone re cardio for years and things are definitely changing .
