Dreaming

First of all I must thank our community of AF members that responded to my first post for their extremely helpful advice and sharing their personal experiences, I am indebted to you. The upshot of a chat with my Cardiologist was to remain on the waiting list and keep the dept updated on progress. The 'Patients Day' discussions I thought were an invaluable resource in prep for the Cardiology appt especially the discussions on RF vs Cryo ablation especially as this chap explained his methodology of using RF under GA. Very helpful and confident & having briefly researched him very experienced. But I digress, the point of me posting was to ask whether anyone had ever dreamt about being in AF ?. I had other dreams which probably best not sharing 🤣 but I definitely remember dreaming about being in AF. Is that common? or was I actually having an episode? Is this common ?

I suspect you were in AF. I know the body (e.g. the bladder) does affect dreams as I frequently dream of looking for some toilets in my dream before waking up to go to the bathroom.

I do this too!

I do this nearly every night! They are usually nightmares as the toilets become unavailable at the last minute. Last night I had to pay but had no money!

Ha ha, what happens with me I keep going different ways to find a toilet, can never find one and so the brain wakes me up. Whilst we are on this subject, and I have mentioned it before, I have used for many years and find it very useful in the night a uribag travel.
